| Project Description: | The Black Faculty and Staff Association is sponsoring a scholarship in honor of our colleague Dr. Michelle McCollin. Dr. McCollin was a professor within the education department passed away in 2018. We would like to honor her memory and contributions to the Slippery Rock University community by giving this scholarship annually in her honor. The donations made through the SRU Giving Day will go towards our efforts to support our scholarship fund. The scholarship is given to a sophomore student who is performing well academically and while also is also actively involved their campus community. |
